Frequently Asked Questions

  • Six months on the wrong compound costs more than this consultation—in both money and time.

You can find peptide dosing recommendations on ChatGPT, Google, Reddit, YouTube, or an Instagram comment. The problem is that you'll often find multiple recommendations that directly contradict one another, and none of them were written for your biomarkers, lifestyle, health history, training program, or goals.

Our process is designed to eliminate the guesswork. We analyze your lab work, review your health profile, and build a protocol specifically for you. The consultation costs less than running the wrong compound for six months and then trying to fix problems that could have been avoided from the start.

Peptides should make your life easier—not harder.

  • No problem. Simply add the lab panel during checkout.

We'll provide a requisition form that can be used at any Quest Diagnostics location in the United States. Once your labs are complete and the results are available, we'll schedule your consultation and begin building your protocol.

If you're located outside the United States, we can't order labs directly, but we'll provide the exact panel we recommend and help you determine the best way to obtain it locally. We can also review any recent bloodwork you already have available.

We do not conduct consultations without current lab work because meaningful recommendations require current data.

  • Most clinics focus on prescribing a specific product. We focus on understanding the entire picture.

Our recommendations are built around comprehensive laboratory testing, physician consultation, lifestyle analysis, training habits, nutrition, recovery patterns, and performance goals. The result is a personalized optimization strategy rather than a one-size-fits-all prescription.

  • Not at all.

Many of our clients are business owners, executives, parents, and health-conscious individuals who simply want more energy, better recovery, improved body composition, enhanced cognition, or long-term health optimization.

Whether you're training for a competition or simply trying to perform better in everyday life, the process remains the same: measure, assess, and optimize.

  • Yes.

Every client receives a detailed written optimization plan that outlines recommended compounds, dosages, timing, frequency, cycle lengths, supporting supplements, and implementation guidance.

You'll also receive the reasoning behind each recommendation so you understand exactly why it was included.

  • In many cases, we can use recent laboratory results if they are comprehensive enough and current.

Before your consultation, we'll review what you already have and determine whether additional testing is necessary.

  • Our role is education, optimization guidance, and protocol development.

Recommendations are made based on your consultation, laboratory findings, and physician review. Any prescribing decisions are handled by appropriately licensed medical professionals where applicable and permitted by law.

  • Most clients complete the process in three stages:

    1. Complete laboratory testing

    2. Meet with a physician for review and consultation

    3. Receive your personalized optimization protocol

The exact timeline depends largely on how quickly laboratory results are returned.

  • We place a strong emphasis on quality control and verification.

Products available through our platform undergo third-party testing through independent U.S. laboratories and include Certificates of Analysis (COAs). We also teach clients how to read and evaluate COAs so they can independently verify purity and testing standards.

  • You'll receive your written protocol and have access to ongoing support for follow-up questions.

Our goal isn't simply to hand you a protocol and disappear. We want to help you understand the reasoning behind the recommendations and feel confident implementing them successfully.

  • No.

    Peptides are tools—not magic.

The most effective optimization plans are built on a foundation of quality sleep, proper nutrition, intelligent training, stress management, and consistent recovery habits. Peptides can enhance those efforts, but they cannot replace them.
